Marlen and Yael were fantastic. They were so enthusiastic and fun. The water Avery was fun and upbeat. Everyone enjoyed them. They do a great job getting everyone involved.
Angela with Joy club activities was super nice and helpful. Enjoyed playing blackjack and water aerobices . Alejandro was great as well as a server to us too along with our concierge who was assigned to us at pool all week . We will be back soon

Our stay at the Estates in Vidanta has been so wonderful. The service is excellent, it almost feels surreal. Everyone we come in contact with is friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Jael & Angela served our children in several activities by the pool and they are lovely. Our kids could have spent all day with them!
Samuel and Yael lead activities at the pool were absolutely delightful. Their enthusiasm and engagement brought us into the pool wanting to be a part of every thing they were doing. The Joy Squad was the best, made our stay!!!
The Estates are an amazing place to relax. The pools are wonderful. Yael and Angela part of the Joy Club were super friendly the popsicles and cleaning of glasses was my favorite. Armando the Congierge at the pool ensured my friends and husband had their shade by the pool.
Vianey and Jhovana are the stars of the estate pool joy squad. They come around each day with huge smiles on their faces. They bring us cool towels, delicious popsicles, and clean our sunglasses. The joy squad really goes above and beyond for the guests at Vidanta. They always want to make sure everyone is happy. The joy squad is great because they organize activities like blackjack and aqua aerobics. They also organize fun questions of the day which come with fun prizes. My family and I love Vidanta which is why we have come to Mexico for 15 years now. I also have to say that Emmanuel, the DJ at Salum is amazing!!! We love Vidanta!
Yael and Angela at Joy Squad were amazing with our 6 grandchildren at the Estates pool . So happy to have their enthusiasm ! Maria is a super friendly and efficient server - always with a smile On her face ! Alfonso as our Butler has been very attentive and super efficient !! All the staff are incredible !
